REMEMBER: Red Belt/Black Belt class are on Wednesday nights from 7:00pm-8:30pm at the Dome. These classes are not a substitute for the two weeknight classes that students are responsible for. These are above and beyond and if attended it would mean a minimum of three classes were attended that week. First Gups should make almost every Wednesday nights and should be going three nights a week.

All students should have both patches on their uniform. The set of patches is $12.00. Also, all green belts should have green trim, all red belts should have red trim, and all black belts should have the correct black trim on their uniforms.

Women’s Self Defense is being offered on April 30, 2017 and May 7, 2017 from 6pm-9pm. It is at the Bridgewater Sport’s Complex and is sponsored through the Bridgewater Police Department to raise money for the Plymouth County Drug and Alcohol Resistance Education Summer Camp. It is an interactive 2 week program offered to women ages 15 and older. Learn the best techniques to protect yourself through demonstrations and interactions between students and instructor.
